Perhaps a lot of people considering different about minna and mina in japanese. Equally meaning is "everything/all". If we look, it same like a twins which is no difference, but if we look so carefully we can find a different about two words that. the word of Mina usually followed by -san or we know as Mina-san (みなーさん). みなーさん used to greeting. The word of みなーさん normally used to call a person (Plural). In the case, we can find how to using this words. Mina has a kanji whose meaning is "everything/all/everybody".
Generally, after the speaker says (みなーさん)after that followed by (お元気ですか) O-genki desuka?
But, Minna has have a meaning same with mina that is all/everything. But the difference is Minna (みんな) should not be followed by -san (ーさん) .Usually ,minna not written in kanji but written in hiragana (みんな). and the other source is most Japanese people says "minasan" (皆さん), doesn't says "minnasan".
